Having served as an environmental, health and safety coordinator/manager/director in industry and an environmental enforcement officer/supervisor in government, Pat Bolger has dealt with 100’s of emergency situations.  He has extensive experience in contingency planning and management, and can provide the following support to your organization:

• Conduct workshops to improve awareness about contingency planning principles
• Develop  a site level Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan
• Prepare a site-level or corporate-level Crisis Communications Plan
• Prepare a Business Continuity Plan
• Develop contingencies for an Influenza Pandemic or health crisis
• Participate with your management team during an emergency situation
• Conduct mock exercises to test your contingency plans
• Audit your contingency plans to various standards (e.g., CSA Guide Z731-03 Emergency Preparedness and Response or Mining Association of Canada Guideline for Corporate Crisis Management Planning)
